PR China, Cultural Revolution, 1969: Cover with militiaman. 8 Fen stamp, tied with bilingual cancellation, the western characters mutilated. It should read Nanning, but it rather looks like Namshing, with the character „S“ horicontally mirrored. The last few characters are mixed up.
