Japan 19. century: Ivory figur with axe and box (?). The head of the figure can be vertically moved 360 degrees and shows 2 different faces, a friendly one and a fierce one. 1,2 x 1,9 x 0,5 inches, very fine condition. The object belonged to the famous Dr. Heihs collection.
