Japanese vintage postcard, franked with a ½ Sen earthquake stamp ( Michel Nr. 161 ) and a 10 Sen stamp. ( probably added later ). Addressed to Wien in Austria, probably sent in a cover. Minor paper remnant at the stamp which can be easily removed. Fine condition.
