Max Landa (originally: Max Landau; 1880 - 1933 ) was an AUstrian silent movie star.
Landa worked at theaters in Hannover, Hamburg, Breslau, at the Kleines Theater, Lessing-Theater, Kuenstler-Theater and Deutsches Theater in Berlin.
As actor he debuted in1913 in Die Suffragette along with Asta Nielsen . 6 more movies with her as pastner gollowed, directed by Urban Gad. 1915/16 under directors Joe May he acted as main characzer in the Joe Deebs-Films, a popular detective series.
1918/19 Ewald Andre Dupont directed a Max Landa-Series of 12 films.
