Russian Japanese War: Tinted vintage postcard depicting the battle at Kiu Lien Chang on April 30th - May 1st in 1904.
Unused, fine condition.
The Japanese 12th Division crossed the Yalu in force at Su-ku-chin and begins advancing on the Russian left flank. Japanese batteries near Wiju annihilated the Russian artillery in front of the main Japanese force on the Yalu and forbid the Russian. The Russians lost 2,700 out of 14,000 soldiers, the Japanese 1,036 out of 42,400.
