Ruthilde Boesch ( born 1918) is an Austrian Soprano ( opera, operetta, Lied, concert).
Von 1945 bis 1971 the coloratua siprano was a member of the Wiener Staatsoper Ensemble with 387 stage acts, singing 38 different roles.
She especially cooncentared on Mozart: Koenigin der Nacht, Papagena (Die Zauberfloete), Susanna (Die Hochzeit des Figaro), Blondchen (Die Entfuehrung aus dem Serail), Despina (Cosi fan tutte) etc.
In 1949 she sang at the Festspiele in Salzburg ( conductor Wilhelm Furtwaengler ) in The Magic Flute, and in the same year at the Bregenzer Festspielen ( Blondchen in Die Entfuehrung aus dem Serail ).
She performed on nearly all major opera houses all over the world.
In 1968 she was decorated Kammersaengerin.
