In Japan a label has been attached “ Military Legate Austrian Hungarian Military Office “. 2 different Tokyo arrival marks. Fine condition, scarce.”
Imperial China: b/w postcard „ Gouverneur Truppel (!) beim Vicekoenig in Tsinanfu”. (Governor’s delegation visiting the viceroy of Jinan-fu).
The image shows Chinese and western politicians and military men, the werstern are most probably Germans.
