Karl Adolf Friese (also Carl Adolph Friese, 1831 – 1900), was an Austrian actor, dancer, siger and comic.
He was highly acclaimed for his role as Count Cagliostro (baritone, premiere 1875, conducted by Johann Strauss II) in the operetta Cagliostro by Johann Strauss II and in the operetta Fledermaus (bat).
